The Transmasculine Philippines Core Team

Our Core Team consists of leaders and volunteers who directly contribute to the development of TmPH. The Core Team works together to maintain the organization, facilitate community events, and create advocacy projects for the Filipino transgender man and transmasculine community.

Matt Alea

Matt founded Transmasculine PH and currently represents the organization in local and national events. He creates and facilitates the organization's educational workshops and events and acquires unique opportunities for the benefit of the community as an organization.

He also facilitates educational workshops for TmPH’s community and establishes and maintains partnerships with other advocacy organizations and corporate partners. Lastly, he develops internal systems, strategies, and processes for running the organization.

Tommy al-Raschid

Tommy oversees the creative direction and branding for Transmasculine Philippines’ social media platforms, internal documentation, media, and events.

He also assists in overseeing TmPH’s public exposure opportunities via social media and news outlets. Lastly, she directs overall event documentation and archiving of event media.

Six Bernardo

Six's main duties are the development of organizational partnerships and the acquisition of grants for Transmasculine Philippines. Alongside the other departments, he assists with overall project planning and implementation. He actively explores channels, trends, and opportunities to enhance brand visibility and awareness.

Six also directs TmPH’s social media presence and external appearances on legacy news media and oversees external communications and relations for the organization.

Valentino Maximo

Val develops and implements advocacy campaigns for the organization and the community. He conducts research policy analysis, facilitates and leads educational workshops, and represents TmPH during advocacy events, seminars, and workshops.

He also assists in creating and reviewing educational materials, working hand-in-hand with the Creatives team to provide those resources.

Vincent Nicholas

Vince handles community affairs, issues, and conflicts within the TmPH community. He is in charge of processing and shipping out TmPH IDs or gender-affirming ID cards to community members. He is also the officer in charge of the verification process for sellers within the TmPH Facebook Group to ensure safe and protected transactions for community members.

Vince also records internal documentation and manages the organization's files and records. He also cooperates in partnership meetings and events. Lastly, he contributes to managing the organization's social media, communication channels, and website.
